Key technology platforms we work with

AI requires a completely
new way of thinking.

We founded FrontierWorks because thriving with AI demands a fresh mindset — one built on curiosity and continuous improvement. AI is evolving faster than any single playbook can keep pace. What works today won't necessarily give you an edge tomorrow — adaptability is the real differentiator.

That's why we design for adaptability, not just implementation. Because AI isn't only about technology — it's about people, culture, and the willingness to keep evolving how work gets done.

Australian-built

Built for Australian organisations

No offshore templates applied to Australian problems. We understand local regulation, culture, and business context — and we build for it from day one.

Human-centred

People and culture, not just tech

Every engagement includes capability building, change management, and cultural embedding — because technology without adoption doesn't deliver results.

End-to-end

From first workshop to full scale

We stay with you beyond the pilot. From first workshop to organisation-wide adoption, we set teams up for lasting success — not one-off events.

No matter where you are
on your AI journey.

From first exploration to organisation-wide scale — our three-stage model covers every phase of AI adoption. Each stage is designed to build on the last, creating lasting capability rather than one-off events.

Sector expertise
that matters.

Generic AI advice doesn't work. We bring deep knowledge of the sectors we serve — so every recommendation is grounded in the regulatory, cultural, and operational realities your team lives in.

AI for government that serves the public good.

Public sector AI demands a different standard: transparency, accountability, and sovereign data control. As an Australian-owned consultancy, we hold the trust and local context required to deliver AI in government settings that regulators — and the public — can have confidence in.

We help agencies navigate the APS AI governance framework, reduce service delivery costs, and build internal capability for the long term — without dependence on offshore vendors.

  • Sovereign data & privacy compliance
  • Citizen service delivery automation
  • Internal productivity & document processing

AI built inside your risk and compliance frameworks.

Financial services and insurance AI must move fast — but never at the cost of compliance. We understand APRA requirements, ASIC obligations, and the nuances of Australian FinReg. We help banks, insurers, wealth managers, and FinTechs get AI use cases approved by risk and compliance teams — before they reach production.

From claims automation to fraud detection and underwriting support, we deliver AI that sits comfortably within your existing frameworks and builds lasting internal capability.

AI that supports people — in clinical settings and the classroom.

Healthcare and education both share a critical challenge: AI adoption requires deep trust, careful change management, and people at the centre of every decision. We specialise in building that trust — earning adoption through demonstrated safety, utility, and genuine engagement with the humans who will use these tools every day.

In healthcare, our focus is decision support, administrative burden reduction, and giving time back to patient care. In education, we help institutions build the frameworks, capability, and culture to use AI responsibly across teaching, research, and operations — grounded in Australian policy and workforce realities.

More time for the work that actually requires your expertise.

Law firms, accounting practices, consulting firms, and agencies are sitting on enormous opportunities to reclaim time from high-volume, low-judgement work. AI handles the heavy lifting — your people focus on the thinking and relationships that clients pay for.

We implement AI that fits your existing workflows, meets professional standards obligations, and builds the internal capability to sustain it — without replacing the human judgement that defines your value.

Know your customer. Stock the right product. Serve them better.

Retail and consumer businesses are swimming in data — customer behaviour, inventory, pricing, logistics — but few are using it well. AI brings it together into decisions that improve margins, reduce waste, and keep customers coming back.

From personalised recommendations to supply chain optimisation, we help retailers move from reactive to predictive — faster than most expect.

Smarter production, safer operations, lower costs.

Manufacturing and industrial businesses sit on vast amounts of operational data — equipment telemetry, production logs, quality records — but few are using it to its full potential. AI brings it together into decisions that reduce downtime, improve throughput, and keep people safer on the floor.

We work with manufacturers and industrial operators to embed AI into operational workflows in ways that integrate with existing systems, meet Australian safety standards, and deliver measurable ROI from day one.

Keep critical systems running. Make better decisions faster.

Infrastructure, transport, and energy organisations manage some of the most complex, high-stakes operational environments in the country. Whether it's ageing assets, real-time fleet decisions, grid management, or compliance obligations, AI creates genuine leverage — but only when it's built for your specific operating environment.

We help operators across transport networks, utilities, and infrastructure projects embed AI in ways that improve reliability, reduce risk, and unlock the value already sitting in your data.

AI that moves with
your role, not against it.

Every C-suite leader is navigating a different set of pressures — but the underlying challenge is the same: how do you move faster, decide smarter, and build an organisation that keeps improving? We work alongside executives to turn that question into a clear, practical answer.

CEO — Chief Executive Officer

Driving clarity, alignment and enterprise-wide momentum in an AI-accelerated environment.

Our Point of View

CEOs are navigating transformation at a pace the organisation isn't naturally built for. The leaders we work with focus on clarity, alignment and measurable value — treating AI as an operating model shift, not a technology trend. That means setting the agenda from the top and making sure the whole organisation moves together.

Into impact.

FrontierWorks was founded in 2026 in Sydney by two friends who'd spent years in big consulting firms and saw the need for something different — a more agile, flexible AI partner who understands both the technology and the people who make it work.

We'd delivered automation and digital solutions for major organisations across Australia, Europe, and Africa, and we knew there was a better way.

So we built FrontierWorks on a simple belief: organisations don't need another vendor. They need a partner who understands the tech, the humans, and how to adapt quickly to create real impact.

Built by people who've learned the hard lessons so you don't have to.

Julia Fraccaro
Co-Founder & CEO
Julia is known for helping organisations modernise with clarity, confidence and a deeply human approach to AI‑enabled enterprise transformation. With extensive experience spanning both business and technology change, she brings a holistic, end‑to‑end perspective — connecting strategy, operating model, capability and culture so transformation lands in the real world, not just on a slide.

Before starting FrontierWorks, Julia spent more than two decades delivering large‑scale transformation across all major industries. She built Deloitte's Workday Financials practice from the ground up, and later led Accenture's Microsoft business across Australia and New Zealand — working across the ecosystem and with major clients to deliver meaningful, enterprise‑wide change.

A mother of two, Julia created FrontierWorks to build a firm that reflects her values — a place where honesty, collaboration and meaningful, people‑centred impact sit at the heart of every transformation.
